Playback damn it!

ok i figured out how to use all the silly buttons on this thing but one feature (a rather important one) just WON'T work! THE CAMERA WON'T PLAY BACK IMAGES. yup. it plays back videos just fine. but any pictures i take? well it pretends i never took them "No Image." it says.
wait a sec... eh?
Ok, ladies and gents. i am a bumbling IDIOT! yuppers. turns out you not only have to "tap" the big all important take-the-shot button but you have to push it in like you mean business. I was pushing it hard enough to see some light flash but not hard enough to actually take a picture so you see… everything is fine. I am just stupid. But hay, we all knew that already! *sigh*
